Taxation Planning Manager
Taxation planning Manager supports development and
implementation of tax strategy and ensures compliance by using thorough
knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Recommends alternative tax treatments to
alleviate or reduce tax burden.
A Typical Day
Prepares and maintains tax records as well as returns reports and other related materials.
Plan, facilitate and manage the preparation and review of company different types of taxes, and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.
Support to develop and implement strategic tax planning for the company.
Work very close with the taxation and accounting team to guarantee company rights
Work with the taxes head to maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
Work with taxes experts to manage and facilitate tax audits with either external or internal parities including preparing, creating schedules, delivering documents etc.
Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to taxes Head and the tax team and work with the taxation head to create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
Able to handle all types of tax examination with the Tax Authority ensuring accurate payment of company tax liabilities
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or other related majors
10+ year of relevant experience with extensive corporate tax knowledge in Multinational company or accounting firm.
Excellent technical tax knowledge in tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations, hands on experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with people across functions and culture.
Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks and the tasks of other tax team members
Self-starter with strong leadership and influencing skills to engage and develop tax team.
Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
Strong written and spoken English communications skills to communicate with regional and global team within the group.
Strong computer skills Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
