Team Leader Customer Service, Finland

A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK.
Being the first point of contact for our Finnish B2B customers you work with high ambition and drive to continuously improve our customer processes and our customers’ experience. As Team Leader you take part in daily operations as well as leading and developing your team of 10 members to make optimal use of their different capabilities. Your previous experience from working in a team comes to hand when you motivate and coach your team members as well as yourself. And by making use of your ability to structure and organise you ensure that the team is equipped to reach the KPIs and goals of the business. You achieve all of this with one important goal: to achieve Best-in-Class customer experience at our contact center in Finland.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Background in B2B Contact Center able to inspire, involve and motivate
• Experience as team leader is not a requirement, but considered a plus
• Fluent in Finnish & English, oral and written
• Strong knowledge in ERP-systems (SAP is a plus)
• Experience from Consumer Products is a plus
