Team Leader Reporting and Analytics, CI and Quality

Purpose of the role is to drive service delivery within the area of reporting and analytics, continuous improvement and quality for in HR Shared Services Organization Europe. On that position, you will continue the journey for that function to become the Center of Excellence.
Reports to the Director of HR Services Europe, is part of the HRS Europe Management Team and manages directly team of 5 employees.

Key responsibilities 

• Ensure Reporting and Analytics, Continuous Improvement and Quality processes are delivered by the team within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Continuous performance management of delivered services and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, if required
• Ensure that policies, guidelines and processes exist to support the delivery of above services in line with HRS objectives and agreements with stakeholders.
• Oversee quality framework to ensure that overall service delivery of HR Services in Europe complies with the above.
• Provide support to the CI/Onbeat coordinator to meet the yearly objectives of that function
• Drive the growth of the provided by the team services through analysis of external and internal opportunities, close collaboration with key stakeholder and analysis of their needs
• Bring the Reporting function to the next level (Analytics and Dasboards, Big Data analysis)
• Manage/participate in the projects connected with services provided by the team

• Works with the main internal stakeholders (Business Sector HR and CI  Executives, Group Workforce Managament and Analytics team,  HR BP’s, HRS Management team) to evaluate the service performance of managed services, discuss issues and escalations, forecast and resource planning. 
• Drives customer satisfaction analysis and improvement actions of owned processes 
• Support new services design and transition by translating customer requirements into service characteristics – both process and system related
• Manage the team of direct reports on daily basis ensuring the administration, time attendance and law compliance is followed
• Ensure all people processes for team are followed (performance appraisal, talent review, salary review, development planning)
• Translate the company strategy and purpose to the team and make sure is understood and followed
• Promotion people development, support talent pipeline building in the best interest if building high potential learning organization
• Communicate effectively on different level of organizational structure
• Actively participate in building and influencing the strategy of HRS Europe organization

• Support Continuous Improvement/ Onbeat coordinator to makes sure all the CI targets and objectives are delivered in HRS Europe
• Promote the HRS Europe continuous improvement/Onbeat program in the team
• Provide support to the Continuous Improvement/Onbeat coordinator to identify and support implementation of improvement opportunities for HR by applying right skills and competences of the managed team including automation activities

Desired Skills and Experience

• min. 4 years’ experience in global or regional Shared Services environments (preferred HR Area) working in the service delivery with the high exposure on reporting and analytics tools and processes
• min. 2 years’ experience in People Management role or proven record of being Team Leader backup

•University/Business School or equivalent 

• Good understanding of Workforce Administration Processes like Hiring, Moving and Exiting, Payroll
• Very good knowledge of reporting and analytics function with the proved record of designing and implementation of standard or adhock reports and analytical dashboards
• Understanding/practical application of reporting and analytical tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPivot, Power BI, ClickSense, ClickView, Cognos, Tableau or similar
• Very Good understanding of Quality Management subject areas like
o Improvement Methodologies
o Quality Management International Standards
o Statistical Process Control
• Continuous improvement mindset proved with certificates in CI Area (Lean, Six Sigma, Keizen, Onbeat) or implementation of impactful Continuous Improvement actions
• Good understanding of technologies applied to HR Shared Service environments
• Knowledge of SAP HR 
• Good knowledge and experience of Project Management methodologies
• Fluent English
