We are now looking for a Technical Support and Quality Specialist to join our Ownership Sales and Services team in Kyiv, Ukraine. The main objective of the role is to ensure all types of services are performed in time and with high quality.


  • Act as first-line technical support to authorized service partners (ASP);
  • Control over the RCT (repair cycle time) based on the claim validation system;
  • Control product quality based on feedback from ASPs;
  • Optimize costs via improvement of service network and control of sales fixed costs;
  • Coordinate and support of the Mobile Engineer Project in Ukraine
  • Administration of Electrolux technical applications;
  • Communicate with factories over Europe and Quality responsible colleagues, preparation of reports on the quality of products based on the analysis of the claim validation system;
  • Provide strong support to Ownership Sales and Services department in projects and new initiatives.

Minimum Qualification


  • Higher education in technical field;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer/Consumer Service or in Aftermarket Services, preferably in consumer electronics business;
  • MS Office knowledge (Excel is a must);
  • Knowledge of Consumer Protection legislation basics;
  • Required languages: fluent Ukraine, upper - intermediate English.
