ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing technical support (answering questions, advising, and troubleshooting) for both Foodservice and Laundry to dealers or end customers, both by telephone and on location. The customers are located throughout the ME & Africa.
• Training the technical service of our dealers and service partners.
• Maintaining contacts with the factories about technical issues.
• Answering questions about orders and the processing of orders.
• Making quotes for parts.
• Checking warranty claims.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Tech Education
• A few years of work experience in a technical and customer-oriented function
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• An independent and accurate method
• Experience in troubleshooting and installation. Ability to travel.
