  • Improve business processes and develop new capabilities and business models through process of transforming data, information and digital technical knowledge into actions, which helps business partners make better, more informed decisions and eventually profits
  • The primary function of this role is to pro-actively support different business disciplines in making informed decisions related to E-operations, in the development of E-Business strategy and activation plans, based on relevant and actionable insights, and acknowledge.

  • Analyze OLR system daily statistics and define gaps
  • Monitor ecommerce competition activities (Activities/Pricing/Performance, Etc.)
  • Review products models on pure player/OMNI
  • Tracking B2B Customers monthly achievements vs. targets
  • KPIs analysis on monthly basis
  • D2C Analysis and performance monitoring
  • Finally delivering Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance monitoring reports with recommendations.


  • Consistent E-Com. Platform deployment and update in terms of layout/sitemap/visuals/presence using the latest techniques for best consumer experience and journey
  • Ensure correct targeted display share, visual integrity, contents integrity, pricing, Stock monitoring, promotional offers and reviews/rating according to the determined KPI’s
  • Evaluate and recommends the new B2B Customers based on their digital market presence
  • Managing and moderate the E-com. Platform to deliver best in class consumer experience
  • Development and launch activities for e-commerce D2C and B2B customers including product descriptions, content, and other related attributes
  • Managing the assigned digital marketing agency in terms of digital marketing materials in order to execute it across E-com. platform
  • Ensure that business objectives and KPIs are met and Consolidate KPIs
  • E-commerce “D2C” channel technical implementation, development and support for the best practice experience to conceive the best Recommendations on how to improve sales
  • Managing E-Com. Platform Abandoned checkouts to conceive the maximum recovery rate with 19999 agents support
  • Managing E-Com. Platform (D2C website) maintenance and development plans
  • Managing troubleshoots with 19999 agents responsible for the E-Com. Platform.


  • Implementing the foundations and establishing the D2C Website as a new sales channel
  • 360 Development for the D2C website to achieve best consumers experience based on the latest E-com. development trends in global markets
  • Endorsing the automation techniques across the channel for a better performance to be prepared for the next step
  • Integration with all the possible third party assistant API’s based on consumers best preferences
  • Supporting Instore development via enriching ambassadors with all the tools needed and knowledge for a better performance across the digital transformational phase due to their essential role in this era (Devices, Apps/Training)
  • Additional responsibilities outside of standard job responsibilities: Support the team on other duties as required (Tools & Process / Training/Etc.)



Minimum Qualification

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience
  • Hands on experience with HTML /CSS coding systems and content management systems
  • Proficiency in digital marketing automation technology
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics and Social network optimization marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Post Studies in Digital Transformation is an asset
  • Knowledge of latest E-Business trends
