ROLE OBJECTIVES
Reporting to the TAM Team Leader, the TAM Executive is required to perform an outbound calling role driving Sales within the Independent Channel whilst delivering and providing excellent customer service to customers.

KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Structure and plan each outbound call using offers, promotions and any other activities whilst also prioritising relevant tasks
• Working with a pre-determined Call plan to make outbound calls.  
• Hit target call volumes set by manager
• Individual account responsibility
• Proactive in Sales division to seek and share sales opportunities / feedback 
• To build & maintain relationships with each account.
• Resolve and process all customers enquiries
• Investigate and pro-actively resolve any customer enquiries. 
• To accurately record and process all call/customer information on CRM
• To work as part of a team towards meeting and achieving, individual, team and department objectives.
• To have a continuous and high-level focus on customer service.
• Any other task as reasonably requested by management for the needs of the business
