  • Monitor daily SAP reports, address outstanding issues
  • Run IDOC error report – clear necessary errors
  • Maintain ADMS shipping schedule & create exceptions for holiday & agent closures à coordinate & calculate the closures in SAP
  • Maintain the shipping routes/ agent addresses / receiving days etc in SAP
  • Setup CMIR’s in SAP for new monthly items
  • Process & arrange delivery for contract orders
  • Confirm return moves & have the inventory moved to focus for refurb billing
  • Maintain SAP inventory – ensure there is no excess inventory
  • Ensure all returns are closed off and accounted for
  • Follow up with carriers/agents regarding serial tags for scrap
  • Submit claims to our claims dept for processing
  • Coordination of flooring orders
  • Request accessory requirements from parts dept
  • Maintain THD inventory based on 3 week supply (move inventory in/out of SAP)
  • Process PPD’s
  • Handle escalations whether by phone or email.

Minimum Qualification


  • Two or more years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Independent, self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with distributors, warehouse staff, customers and all levels of management
