Total Rewards Support (part-time 20-40 h/ per week)

As a Total Rewards Support you will be part of Total Rewards Operations Team in Krakow. You will cooperate with Global and Regional Rewards Teams, as well as with HR Services and Payroll teams in different countries to maintain accurate data for rewards purposes, mainly for the Salary Review and Short-Term Incentive annual processes.

A regular day at work:

• Annual Salary Review Process: 
- Review compensation data and check for inconsistencies
- Compare data between different systems and excel 
- Review and update excel tools used during the process
- Support data consolidation process and reports preparation
- Support data uploads in SAP and Cornerstone systems
• Short Term Incentive (STI) Process:
- Review STI data and check for inconsistencies
- Prepare STI documents
- Upload STI data in Cornerstone system
- Answer to queries related to the process

Also, you will:

• Support ad hoc quality checks of rewards data
• Create ad hoc reports in line with the business needs 
• Monitor tickets and support timely resolution

You

• Graduate or student (last years of studies)
• Very Good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel - advanced level) 
• High attention to details
• Taking ownership of the assigned tasks 
• Collaboration and Teamwork skills
• Advanced knowledge of English – preferably B2
