WHO YOU ARE

Marketing expense control within approved budget

Improve brand preference thru in-store and digital marketing

Improve branded store shopping experience

Manage and improve cost efficiency

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY

Manage approved marketing budget, and support top line achievement

Work with sales category and marketing to design annual calendar for an integrated business plan

Communicate trade activity and provide training to field sales team

On time delivery of deliverables (e.g. POSMs, free-gifts, and etc.), tracking and improve field execution

Deliver post-evaluation and drive continuously improvement

Study best practice and analyze competitor

Routine report and other administration

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Bachelor or above

More than 8 years’ experience in multi-national company marketing or trade marketing

Capability to develop priority and manage multiple tasks

Effective communication skill and good influencing power

Down to the earth and result-driven

Drive to solve tough / interesting problems and enjoy working with customers to innovate solutions with them

Unbridled passion for digital media, new retail

 

Required languages:

Fluent in English and mandarin- written and spoken
