A Typical Day

  • Lead Field Services, and review warranty cost from spares consumption report.
  • Work with Training Manager to build Field team competency based on consumption analysis
  • Secure a tight warranty cost control and support quality development.
  • Deliver very ambitious targets of warranty cost without compromising in customer satisfaction.
  • Implement/review/enhance field service in delivering quality services from right diagnostic model to avoid repeats and wrong diagnosis and unnecessary replacement of spares
  • Timely report on Product Quality issues to avoid repeat failures and control cost of services
  • Focus on wrong claims and take corrective actions and have strong control on data.
  • Connect to Field Service technicians on product performance and issues.
  • Develop Processes to ensure internal/external Warranty reporting is clear and concise that accurately conveys warranty status and reports and drive appropriate actions
  • Work with technical training team to identify and develop preventive measures to reduce failures.
  • Support activities to improve product quality by timely escalating issues to manufacturing.
  • Perform call audits, defective spares audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigating causes of quality problems and proposing solutions.

  • You should have a Diploma/Degree in Engineering
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Experience in Quality Management & Warranty Operations.
  • Strong in Data Analysis
  • Good understanding in financials and warranty cost Control
  • Involved as key subject matter expert in implementing warranty cost management system & building innovative processes and system enhancement.
