The Project Manager role is a new key role in the Product Sourcing team, with a specific focus on strategy and roadmaps towards Product Sourcing excellence. This position will report into the Product Sourcing Controller.
Key responsibilities include playing a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of various strategic transformation projects within product sourcing, for example: Strategic Sourcing, End2End Supply Chain, Supplier development, Cost Excellence and Sustainability.
REGULAR DAY AT WORK
•Partner with the business leaders and stakeholders to facilitate execution of key transformation initiatives
•Drive analysis and produce proposals/business case for various initiatives
•Remove roadblocks in teams and projects to promote the change of the status quo
•Organize/facilitate / participate in workshops and team sessions
•Achieve a strong alignment and co-project management with internal stakeholders and suppliers
•Manage project scopes, plans, and timelines, and track scope change decisions
•Strategic facilitator - You help define the agenda and be a catalyst in execution – collaborating across all functions and regions with a wide network of stakeholders.
•Analytical - With an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data. A passion for analyzing data and making business conclusions and recommendations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
•Ideally, you have 5 to 8 years of experience with strategy implementation in an international company managing operations and sourcing complexity
•University degree in Engineering or experience in engineering
•Solid experience of program/project management in the operations area, preferably including planning/execution of projects in automation, supply chain / logistics, supplier development, sourcing and quality
•Ability to develop reporting and analysis structures in a complex Global Environment
•Digital Mindset and promoter of standardization and simplification.
•Experience from working in a truly international environment and with people of all level and of multi-functional and multi-cultural teams
•Fluent English, both written and spoken (any other languages would be an advantage)
