The EMA NA VP Marketing drives all marketing activities aimed at delivering best in class consumer experiences across the full 360 touchpoint spectrum, with on-line & in-store/e-store focus. The main objectives of this position are to execute company vision to deliver best in class consumer experiences in the territories of Taste, Care and Well-Being for Electrolux’ NA brands, as well as deliver on the NA strategy with impactful, high ROI marketing campaigns. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set the NA marketing strategy in the framework of the global marketing strategy, focusing on execution to drive brand desirability, conversion, and loyalty.
  • Create branded storytelling, impactful launches, win in in-store and on-line activities, drive the digital transformation, and become a data-driven marketing organization.
  • Drive initiatives to deliver best in class consumer experiences across the full 360 touchpoint spectrum with on-line and in-store/e-store focus.
  • Be an active member of 3 strategic triangles: The Innovation triangle, Commercial triangle, and Ownership triangle.
  • Digitization: develop further and improve the use of digital assets, channels, technologies, and data, organize, and implement digital marketing tools and methodologies.
  • Member of the NA Leadership Team.
  • Participate in the Global CX forums and align with group principles and strategy.
  • Build a high performing team, with a focus on clarification of roles and responsibilities, enhanced project management capabilities, and cross-functional cooperation.
  • Promote a performance marketing culture.

Minimum Qualification

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years’ marketing experience in consumer goods (FMCG or consumer durables).
  • Experience in an international company with international brands and functional/operational reporting lines.
  • People leadership and team building experience required.
  • Experienced and senior marketing executive with personal stature, who can build immediate credibility.
  • Excellent strategic insights and solutions, especially in the digital area, having a track record when it comes to direct connection with consumers.
  • Strong business sense and understanding.
  • Strong communicator and very good influencing skills.
  • Proven track record in digital transformation.
  • Fluent at working in a matrix structure.
  • Ability to network at every organizational level, internally, and externally.
  • Ability to work in an international environment with a non-hierarchical network.
  • Strong change management skills needed to transform the business in connectivity, continuous improvement, and consumer experiences.
  • Strong adherence to the vision, values, and culture of the Electrolux Group.
