This is an office-based position working from our Milton Keynes.

The Warehouse Administrator, reporting to the Administration Supervisor, is responsible for providing an efficient administration service in support of all movements into and out of the depot.  This role ensures that all stock is controlled and recorded efficiently, and that correct paperwork is available for drivers and warehouse staff responsible for picking.  The jobholder is required to work closely with haulage companies, the transport office, and Sales Operations over stock movements.

The role is to be performed on a rolling 3-week shift rotation

Key operational responsibilities:
· Routine administration
· Recording stock movements and reclassification
· Stock checks
· Liaison with Sales Companies regarding stock movements
· Generating Pick Lists for the warehouse
· Completing Shipments
· Preparing dispatch notes
· GRN Processing

Critical functional skills:
· Good operational knowledge of SAP Warehouse functions
· Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
· Good communicator
· Ability to meet strict deadlines
· Planning and organising skills
· Flexible and able to adapt to change
