To support our digital transformation, we’re looking for a Website Content Specialist to join a collection of highly skilled, dynamic and fun marketers on our digital team. In this position, you will support marketing initiatives and will be responsible for the tactical execution of product launches on our owned channels for US and Canadian markets. This individual contributor role develops and executes page builds, compiling assets and ensuring go-to-market readiness.


  • Serving as Digital Go Live lead, primary responsibility will be to own the tactical execution of product launches.
  • Additional product content responsibilities include refreshing, removing and providing input on optimizations
  • Maintain internal and external New Product Introduction (NPI) trackers
  • Responsible for pre-launch activities, including ensuring that all product data is coherent and compatible for website activation on branded sites
  • Using knowledge of the CMS (content management system), DAM (digital asset management) and PIM (product information management) act as back up for the Digital Content Manager, making basic edits to the site as necessary
  • Troubleshoot any issues with product content prior to launch, escalating and working with PIM Manager and Visual
  • Asset Manager when necessary
  • Working in and updating the Product Catalog, correct content errors on the websites
  • Execute product launches, building PDPs in line with launch calendar and pre-determined dates based on asset availability
  • Run imports and exports to Staging and Live sites
  • QA post launch PDP iterations once new content is made available
  • Serve as team lead and play an active role in cross departmental commercialization communications, attending all
  • Commercialization meetings across all product lines
  • Work with Product Line, Development Team, Commercialization Team, and Brand/Product Marketing on NPI launch status & approvals
  • Hold showcases with stakeholders for QA in Staging environment when necessary
  • Develop and maintain a DGL process for website activation, recommending updates where applicable
  • Work with Canadian stakeholders for market specific launches, including translations of product content and product documentation
  • Responsible for SKU updates, including project management, scheduling and QA
  • Along with digital counterparts, contribute to journey mapping, developing and improving the site UX
  • Identify opportunities and improvements on site merchandising and purchase experiences
  • Working alongside Content Manager, build landing pages to support media campaigns
  • Act as product data expert, providing insights and data points to drive CX optimizations

The Website Content Specialist is a highly collaborative role and requires strong interpersonal skills, working closely with commercialization, product line, ownership solutions and marketing technology to launch products accurately and on time. Exhibiting a bias toward action is an essential component to the role. Ability to team with and influence people at all levels across functions is required. Attention to detail and project management skills are at the crux of the role and are key factors to success.

Minimum Qualification

  • 3+ years experience or equivalent experience to a corporate environment
  • BA or BS degree
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and publishing to websites
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices and understanding of digital production processes
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Experience with analytics tools, including Google Analytics preferred
  • Experience with graphics editing tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. preferred
  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
  • Experience working in project management tools preffered
  • Demonstrated track record of detail-oriented execution of digital and/or marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor with lean resources, take direction and give direction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
