Weld Line/Coating Bed Oper-2nd Shift-Kinston, NC (K)
-Under general supervision, operate and monitor robotic coating equipment to meet or exceed daily rack production requirements. Operator may be assigned to all level five positions in the rack area.
-Add and change over powder materials as required.
-Monitor and respond to equipment malfunctions and related diagnostic information.
-Perform routine maintenance and initiate requests for equipment repair and preventive maintenance as necessary or directed.
-Inspect raw material, work in process and finished parts to ensure conformity to quality and manufacturing specifications.
-Complete all work assignments in a safe, productive and cost-effective manner designed to meet or exceed Electrolux quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
-Responsible for applying all requirements related to EMS, ISO9001/14001/50001/Green Spirit according to the position.
-Prefer high school graduate with ability to learn and operate robotic coating equipment.
-Good oral and written communication skills with ability to interpret and follow written work instructions and procedures.
-Ability to maintain production and quality records and related documentation; ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment. Good attendance, safety and housekeeping record.
-Requires manual dexterity, periodic heavy lifting (25 – 50 lbs.) and bending.
-Will work in non-air-conditioned environment subject to seasonal variations of heat and cold. Must wear personal protective equipment and work on elevated platforms.
-Must obtain a Forklift License
-Knowledge in energy management systems ISO 50001 (Significant Energy Uses, Energy Policy, objectives and actions plans).
