Purpose of the role is to drive service delivery within the area of Workforce Management & Pre-Payroll for a cluster of small & medium countries in HR Services Europe. On this position you will report to WFM Small & Medium Countries EU Manager. You will manage directly the team of up to 6 employees responsible for providing remote Personnel Administration & Pre-payroll support.

A TYPICAL DAY

Key responsibilities 

SERVICE DELIVERY

• Ensures WFM & Pre-payroll processes are delivered by the team within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Continuous performance management of delivered services and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, if required
• Ensures that policies, guidelines and processes existing to support the delivery of services are in line with HRS objectives and agreements with stakeholders
• Identifies and manages control checkpoints to ensure that service delivery complies with the above.
• Drives the growth of the provided HR Services through analysis of external and internal opportunities, close collaboration with key stakeholder and analysis of their needs
• Performs operational work within the given scope of countries for the better understanding of the operational specifics
• Supports the implementation of the WFM & Pre-payroll projects and initiatives, including transitions of processes

SERVICE RELATIONSHIP 

•First point of contact in case of any escalations
•Forecasts and plans the resources according to what needs to be delivered
•Responsible for customer satisfaction measurement processes and coordination of aftermath improvement actions

TEAM MANAGEMENT 

• Manages the team of direct reports on daily basis, ensuring administrative requirements, time & attendance and legal compliance are followed
• Ensures all people processes for team are followed (performance, talent review, salary review, development planning, etc.)
• Translates the company strategy and purpose to the team and makes sure it is understood and followed
• Promotes people development, supports talent pipeline building and contributes to creating high performing learning organization
• Communicates effectively on different level of organizational structure

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & QUALITY ASSURANCE 

• Contributes to all CI targets and objectives 
• Promotes continuous improvement activities and CI mindset
• Identifies and supports implementation of improvement opportunities for WFM Team

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT 

• Ensures a consistent method for documenting, storing, and updating all processes, procedures and operational/technical documentation
• Promotes knowledge management culture

PROCESSES MANAGEMENT: 

• Coordinates and oversees WFM & Pre-Payroll processes for the countries in scope
• Ensures that the all workforce management processes are delivered according to the timelines and standards agreed with the business
• Makes sure that the processes supported within the scope are aligned with the respective Group HR
• Secures the delivery of reports on the processes managed according to the business requirements

WHO YOU ARE

Desired Skills and Experience

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR: Workforce Management and/or Payroll/Pre-payroll
• Minimum 1 year of experience in people management
• Experience in Project Management and processes transition would be a plus

EDUCATION: 

• University/Business School or equivalent

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Very good understanding of WFM processes - Personnel Administration
• Good understanding of the following HR subject areas:
- Payroll / Pre-payroll
- Organizational Management
- Reporting 
- Talent Acquisition
- Total Rewards
- Talent, Learning & Development 
- International Mobility

OTHER

• Role model for Electrolux Core Competences 
• Good understanding of technologies applied to HR Service environments is a must (SAP, Service-Now, etc. would be a plus)
• Fluent English
• Other European languages would be an asset (esp. French, Spanish, German or Romanian)
