The selection process in a nutshell
We receive your application through our career site
If your application is successful, we will invite you to an interview to assess if our company culture is the right fit for you
If specific skills are needed for this role, you will receive a case study to complete
You will meet your potential future manager and HR representative
When all goes well, our program coordinator contacts you to discuss our offer and start your mobility process
Wondering how it works?
Available internships are posted 3 times a year: October- November, February- March, and June- July in different countries around the world: Brazil, Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania and Sweden, with more locations to come. If you want to take part, create a job alert on this site, and submit your current CV. All applications from around the world are welcome.
Upon confirmation of your internship, it takes around four months to get onboard. Consider this when planning your application. During this time, we take care of the mobility process, visas if needed and other practicalities of the internship. And then, it’s just a matter of getting started!!!
