External commitments and Partnerships

Workplace Pride works to create inclusive workplaces for the LGBTIQ+ community where people can truly be themselves, are valued and, through their contributions, help to lead the way for others.
Established by the UN Global Compact and UN Women, WEPs are a set of principles offering guidance to businesses on how to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community.

A network that seeks to promote inclusive workplaces for sexual diversity and to foster connections for attracting LGBT+ talent to the various organizations that are part of it.
A business movement with permanent activity, bringing together major companies in Brazil around 10 commitments to promote equal opportunities and fair treatment for all people, rejecting any form of discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

A global mentorship program supporting female STEM students and graduates in transitioning to employment by pairing them with Electrolux Group mentors to start their STEM careers.​

Our global workshops educate all layers of the organization about unconscious bias and how we can create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. The work is an ongoing process and education continues throughout the year.

We work hard to create a safe space for women in  technology and innovation. The Women in Tech Summit educates, empowers, inspires and connects women working in technical fields.

Local initiatives

A diversity network consisting of five subcommittees—gender, generations, ethnicity, people with disabilities, and LGBT+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and more) that is open to all employees throughout Latin America.

WE (Women at Electrolux Group) is an employee-led initiative with local chapters. Members come from all walks of life, (and genders!), to join the conversation, become part of the gender-equality solution, and promote real change.

The MOSAIC network aims to make diversity, inclusion and equity top of mind in North America. It aims to be representative of all ethnic groups by promoting diversity and inclusion, raising awareness and empowering employees.

”Diversity and inclusion play a fundamental role in my life and work. As a visually impaired person, I have learned to appreciate the importance of inclusion and effective communication. For example, the basic Brazilian Sign Language course I attended at Electrolux Group enabled me to promote inclusion and facilitate communication with deaf employees. The needs of my work have been adapted through specific technologies and resources, showing how essential diversity and inclusion are to me. I am grateful to Electrolux Group for the support I receive.
