Our global workshops educate all layers of the organization about unconscious bias and how we can create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. The work is an ongoing process and education continues throughout the year.

Local initiatives

WE (Women at Electrolux Group) is an employee-led initiative with local chapters. Members come from all walks of life, (and genders!), to join the conversation, become part of the gender-equality solution, and promote real change.

The MOSAIC network aims to make diversity, inclusion and equity top of mind in North America. It aims to be representative of all ethnic groups by promoting diversity and inclusion, raising awareness and empowering employees.

We encourage our employees to take ownership of solutions, including local diversity committees where they can drive real change within their regions and local communities based on needs and priorities.

Voices from our people

"We want to become a leader in diversity as we recognize the unique value that every individual brings to our company. This journey will create a more dynamic work environment and make us stronger, more innovative and a better employer.”
Adam Cich
Executive Vice President, Head of BA APAC & MEA
" Our Digital Product (IOT) organization in APAC MEA has a gender ratio of 50-50. We have 11 nationalities representing the majority of APAC MEA. I’m really proud of how everyone comes together to deliver the needs of our consumer. In my view, if you simply give equal opportunities, it is not hard to build a diverse, high-performing team." Gaurav Julka
