Achieving Customer Care sales level in line with Corporate Sector Targets.

• Sales of Essentia product in the region 2 market
• Expand agreements business in collaborations with country service managers, sales colleagues and the local partners network 
• Collaborative with finish goods sales colleagues and key account managers to promote Value Selling Principles of the customer Service portfolio
• Increasing profitable sales of customer service portfolio through strong customer/dealer interface
• Work in conjunction with local colleagues to maintain customer contact information on local tools, to support the generation of  promotional materials and activities
• Co-operate with local service partners/service technicians to map and manage sales opportunities 
• Actively contribute to innovations and teamwork to support the innovation of sales tools and processes
• Monitoring of set goals
• Create and update business developments plans with continuous monitoring of Customer Care sales effectiveness
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Coaching and developing the spare parts team individually
• Be a professional colleague and team player, conducting business ethically, responsibly and in accordance with Electrolux corporate guidelines

• Sales turnover and EBIT within own responsible area
• Delivering the budget results once approved
• Analyzing and reporting on results
• Coming up with action plans and executing them to correct underperformance
• Leading and motivating the spare parts team. This will include performance review, recruitment, education and development according to Electrolux guidelines
• Ensure deliveries of targeted service sales level KPIs
• Work environment responsibility according to a delegation

Delegation of authority according to the authorization list

• Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• IT Literate
• High level of knowledge in Service sales supporting systems

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience within B2B.
• Good understanding of Sales – or/and After Sales processes
• Experienced in After Sales Management
• Solid understanding of the decision making the process at customers
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
